• Location information: with your permission, your device's approximate or precise location is used to show shops near you and to help shops deliver your order. You can use the app without granting location access by searching for a shop by town instead.
• Order information: the products you order, order amounts, delivery details you enter, and your order history.
• Device information: basic technical data such as a notification token, used to send you order status updates.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To show you nearby shops and their products.
• To place, process, and deliver your orders.
• To send you notifications about the status of your orders.
• To provide customer support and improve the app.

3. Information Sharing

When you place an order, the relevant order details (such as your name, phone number, delivery address, and items ordered) are shared with the specific shop you ordered from, so that the shop can prepare and deliver your order. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your information is stored on secure servers. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data. Passwords are stored in a hashed (non-readable) form. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see "Your Rights" below).
